Our legacy
In 1863, the Croft family homesteaded in Morgan County, Utah, building a legacy of land stewardship and homeownership that has endured for generations.
From their first cabin near a historic rock wall to managing orchards and livestock, they cultivated not just a farm but a way of life rooted in care and resilience.
Over the decades, this commitment expanded beyond their homestead to estate management across Northern Utah, preserving and overseeing properties with the same dedication as their ancestors.
Continuing this tradition, Heather Hall, a fourth generation descendant of the Crofts, founded this business to bring a century-old ethos of stewardship into modern estate management.
