Our Legacy

In 1863, the Croft family homesteaded in Morgan County, Utah, building a legacy of land stewardship and homeownership that has endured for generations.

From building their first cabin to managing orchards and livestock, they cultivated something harder to name — a way of life built on care, craft, and the land beneath their feet.

That spirit never left the family. It passed quietly from generation to generation, showing up in the way things were made, the way meals were shared, the way home always felt like something worth protecting.

Heather Hall grew up knowing that feeling. As a fourth-generation Croft descendant, she founded Croft Hall Fondue to carry it forward — in every small batch, every shared pot, every table it lands on.
